To and From Whanganui Airport

Whanganui Airport is conveniently located within seven kilometres from the City Centre. There is no regular bus schedule to the airport, however, a taxi company provides quick and efficient service to the city or, if required, more distant locations.  The company has  free direct phone access available from within the Terminal (See the internal Information Board).

Taxis

A taxi stand is located adjacent to the self-claim baggage area. Taxis are present for most airline flight arrivals.   An indicative fare of $25 can be expected to the Central City.
